Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 20, 2024, Kenneth "Chip" Virnig notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Dynatrace, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board, effective as of July 31, 2024. Mr. Virnig's decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. The Board thanks Mr. Virnig for his service and contributions as a director over the last nine years.
