Entergy Corporation (the “Company”) announced that A. Christopher Bakken, III, Executive Vice President, Entergy Infrastructure, has advised the Company of his intention to retire at the end of 2023, as part of a planned leadership transition. In conjunction with his planned retirement, on May 1, 2023, Mr. Bakken transitioned from his prior role providing oversight of the Chief Nuclear Officer and Chief Operating Officer to a senior advisory role advising and executing on special projects in which he will continue to report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
