Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Marcus V. Brown, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Entergy Corporation (the “Company”) and Entergy Arkansas, LLC, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Mississippi, LLC, Entergy New Orleans, LLC and Entergy Texas, Inc. (collectively, the “Operating Company Registrants”), has advised the Company that he intends to retire in the spring of 2026, as part of a planned leadership transition. Effective December 1, 2025, Mr. Brown will transition from his role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company and the Operating Company Registrants to the role of Executive Legal Advisor to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
