Termination of Material Definitive Agreement

Quest Holding International, LLC (“QHI”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Elite Education Group International Limited, is party to a International Student Recruitment Services Agreement with the Oxford campus of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA, dated January 3, 2020 (but commencing on November 1, 2019) (the “Agreement”). Pursuant to the Agreement, either party may terminate the Agreement on 90 days’ prior written notice without cause. On September 21, 2021, the Oxford campus of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA, provided QHI with notice of the university’s intent to terminate the Agreement for its convenience.

This Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the registrationstatement of the Company on Form S-8 (Registration Number 333-258658), to the extent not superseded by documents or reportssubsequently filed or furnished by the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, asamended.
