On June 24, 2024, EpicQuest Education Group International Limited (the “Company”) was notified by the staff (“Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market that its common shares failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of The Nasdaq Stock Market.

On January 8, 2025, the Company was notified that the Staff has determined that for the last 20 consecutive business days, from December 9, 2024, to January 7, 2025, the closing bid price of the Company’s common shares has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
