Item 1.01. Entry onto a Material Agreement.

On June 9, 2025, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) notified Elite Health Systems Inc. (the “Company”) (i) that FINRA had all necessary information to process the Company’s request to change the Company’s ticker symbol from USNU to EHSI and (ii) that FINRA announced the change in the Company’s symbol to EHSI, effective June 10, 2025, in FINRA’s June 9, 2025 Daily List that includes information about new, symbol changes and other corporate actions. Accordingly, the Company’s new ticker EHSI will commence trading on the OTC market at the market open on June 10, 2025.
