“Based on the Company's current operating plan, the Company expects that, within the next twelve months, its existing cash, cash equivalents, short-term investments and other available resources will not be sufficient to fund its planned operations and satisfy its obligations as they become due unless it obtains additional financing. Based on these conditions and events that are known and reasonably knowable as of the date these condensed consolidated financial statements are issued, management has concluded that substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Although management intends to obtain additional financing through the sources described above, these plans are subject to market conditions and other factors outside the Company's control. Accordingly, management has concluded that its plans do not alleviate the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
