The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Enerpac Tool Group Corp. (the “Company”) was held February 6, 2025. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders elected the following directors to serve until the Company’s next annual meeting and until their successors are elected and qualified:
