Enerpac displays the latest in infrastructure lifting and smart transport solutions at ConExpo 2026
Enerpac Tool Group Corp (EPAC)
Enerpac exhibits the latest developments in its range of high- pressure hydraulics, pumps and tools, on-site smart transportation solutions, and lifting systems at Booth #F42020 at ConExpo 2026. Alongside some of the company’s most popular products, customers will experience several newly launched innovations and get an early look at solutions scheduled to come to market in the coming months. These include:
Intelli-Lift 2.0 Wireless Gantry Controller
Key features include uninterrupted wireless operation – even in areas with high RF interference, clear, 7 inch full colour HD display with easy-view graphic feedback of lift status, and precision joystick control with easy switching between lifting, side shift, and horizontal travel. Data logging is automatic, saving time lost in manual record-keeping.
The SFP-D (Split Flow Pump – Diesel)
With the recent acquisition of Hydra-Pac and its line of split flow pumps, including its popular Split Flow Pump – Diesel (SFP-D), Enerpac is able to remove external power from the system. Instead of designing the lift around generators and cables, split-flow operations can be performed using a self-contained product. In addition, the Split Flow Pump – Diesel’s higher flow speeds ensure fast, yet safe, operations.
The SFP-B (Split Flow Pump – Battery)
Enerpac is unveiling its first-of-its-kind cordless split-flow pump for powering hydraulic cylinders and jack-up systems. This eliminates the need for generators and external power cables. It is ideal for remote operations, difficult-to-access areas, and locations with unstable or unclear power systems. Cordless operation is typically 75mins of full capacity run time. Additional features include a semi-hybrid solution (charge and operate simultaneously) and the ability to act as a power bank for other external users.
Low Height Skidding System
A new system that is easier and quicker to deploy for skidding loads up to 400T. Backwards compatible with the earlier LHSS400 skidding system, the LHS4-2 features a new track coupling system – no tools needed – and longer tracks allowing quicker track assembly. The LHS4-2 uses a simple hand twist motion to connect the track together in place of the bolting joint used for the earlier skidding system. While track lengths have increased from 38 inches to 56.4 inches. Both features, taken together, allow the skidding system to be assembled and disassembled more easily and quickly.
CR-Series Cribbing Rings
These are a specialized mechanical load-holding solution designed to replace traditional cribbing methods. These modular rings will provide a stable, self-locking system for staged lifting operations. By attaching directly to hydraulic cylinders, the CR-Series provides a hands-free operation, effectively eliminating hands-under-load risk providing a safer, more controlled way to lift and support heavy loads, particularly in confined or demanding environments.
TJP308 Toe Jack
Our Toe Jack offering has been expanded with a focus on safety and efficiency. By allowing users remote jack operation, the TJP308 eliminates the need for operators to work next to tight-clearance environments, minimizing their exposure to pinch points and unstable loads. Our new toe jacks will offer increased lifting capacity and longer stroke lengths, combined with ergonomic handles and integrated wheels for easier transport. These upgrades enhance performance while reducing operator fatigue.
