Item7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.


On August 16, 2022, Ford Motor Company delivered to the trustee for delivery to the holders of the 9.000% Notes due April 2025 a notice of redemption to redeem (the “Redemption”) on September 1, 2022 (the “Redemption Date”) all of the outstanding 9.000% Notes due April 2025, at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount of the securities to be redeemed plus a make whole premium, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. The 9.000% Notes due April 2025 will be redeemed using existing cash on hand. Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the 9.000% Notes due April 2025 for redemption will be made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with the applicable procedures of the Depository Trust Company on September 1, 2022.
