As previously announced, AYRO, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to host a virtual “Town Hall” meeting on June 2, 2020 at 4:30 PM ET at www.ayro.com/townhall. At this “Town Hall,” the Company intends to present the materials that are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
