Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 2, 2024, 5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s operations team has successfully commissioned the facility and launched full commercial operations. The small-scale facility is expected to initially produce 2,000 short tons of boric acid annually along with initial production of lithium carbonate, and to provide high-quality commercial product for customer qualification to secure offtake contracts and funding for phase one operations.
