On October 6, 2022, Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has been invited to present at the Microcap Rodeo’s Windy City Roundup 2022 Conference, which will be held on October 12th and 13th, 2022 in Chicago, Illinois. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
