The Company announces that Wendy Becker, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, was appointed Chair of the Board of Sony Group Corporation (Sony) with effect from 24 June 2025. Prior to this appointment, Wendy was Vice Chair of the Board of Sony.
