Horizon Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2023 will be released after the market close on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Management will also host a conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2023 on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7:30 a.m. CT (8:30 a.m. ET).

to Review First Quarter Results on April 27
MICHIGAN CITY, Ind., March 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (NASDAQ GS: HBNC) — Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (“Horizon” or the “Company”) will host a conference call at 7:30 a.m. CT on Thursday, April 27, 2023 to review its first quarter 2023 financial results.
The Company’s first quarter 2023 news release will be released after markets close on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. It will be available in the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website, www.horizonbank.com.
