Regarding Media Reports concerning Honda’s Business Performance
It was reported in the Nikkei online edition on February 5, 2024, that Honda’s consolidated operating profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2024 was on the order of 1 trillion yen, but our company has not made any announcement concerning this matter.
As reported, a recovery in automobile production due to the normalization of the supply network and the weak yen are boosting profits, but the consolidated results for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2024 are currently under final confirmation and are scheduled to be announced at 3:00 PM JST on February 8, 2024.
