On May 6, 2025, The Hershey Company (the “Company”) will be hosting its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders via live webcast, during which it will provide a general business review update. The presentation materials to be utilized during the meeting, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, are hereby incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
