HTCR · HeartCore Enterprises, Inc.
Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company's plan is to continue exploring strategic alternatives for raising additional funding for future operations through a combination of obtaining equity financing, entering into debt or other financing arrangements, and restructuring of operations to grow revenues and decrease expenses to supplement the Company's liquidity. The Company's ability to raise capital may be constrained by the price of and demand for the Company's equity shares. Additional funding may not be available on favorable terms or at all, and could further dilute the Company's current shareholders. Management cannot conclude as of the date of this report that its plans are probable of being successfully implemented.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 13, 2026

Dividends per share over the trailing 365 days by ex-date · buyback figures as last reported in SEC filings ("spent" derived as authorized − remaining; when several programs run concurrently, authorized is their combined total per the newest filing) · components shown separately — trailing-year buyback spend isn't tracked, so no combined shareholder yield is derived.
