Ituran Location and Control Ltd. regrettably announces the passing of an external director
AZOUR, Israel – July 22, 2025 – Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (NASDAQ: ITRN) today deeply regret to announce that on July 17, 2025, Mr. Gidon Kotler passed away .Mr. Kotler served as an external director of the Company since April 30,2014.
Mr. Kotler's position on our board will remain open until we are able to find a suitable replacement.
