AND CONFERENCE CALL FOR TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2022

AZOUR, Israel – May 3, 2022 – Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (NASDAQ: ITRN), announced that it will be releasing its first quarter 2022 results on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
The Company will be hosting a conference call later that day at 10am Eastern Time. On the call, management will review and discuss the results, and will be available to answer investor questions.
