“Accordingly, based on the Company's current operating plan, and along with the Company's history of operating losses, and given the potential risk of having to repurchase the Non-Voting Convertible Preferred Stock if the Company is unable to obtain stockholder approval to convert it to Common Stock within 12 months, the Company's current cash and cash equivalents may not be sufficient to fund the Company's ongoing operations for a period of at least twelve months from the issuance date of these condensed consolidated financial statements.
