On April 15, 2022, Karat Packaging Inc. ("the Company") announced that the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”) will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022. The record date for the 2022 Annual Meeting has been changed to April 14, 2022.
