(NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, announced on July 10, 2025 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.72 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 11, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 28, 2025. BURLINGTON, N.C., July 10, 2025 - Labcorp Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.72 per share of common stock.
