Lockheed Martin Corporation (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 21, 2022. Of the 266,534,099 shares outstanding and entitled to vote (as of the February 25, 2022 record date), 233,869,241 shares were represented at the meeting, or an 87.74% quorum. The final results of voting for each matter submitted to a vote of stockholders at the meeting are as follows:
