On May 19, 2021, Lantern Pharma Inc. held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, for the purposes of:

Ratifying<br> the appointment of EisnerAmper LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for<br> the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
