Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 09, 2023, MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") appointed George Steinbarger President of Crest Marine, LLC ("Crest"). In his new role, Mr. Steinbarger will be responsible for the Company's Crest segment, which produces pontoon boats for general recreational boating. Mr. Steinbarger, who previously served as Chief Revenue Officer, will continue to report directly to Fred Brightbill, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
