Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On October 22, 2024, MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") held its annual meeting of shareholders. At the annual meeting, four proposals were submitted to the Company's shareholders. The final voting results were as follows:

Proposal 1: The Company's shareholders elected the eight nominees named in the Company's Proxy Statement for the annual meeting to serve a one-year term expiring at the Company's 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. The voting results are set forth below.

Proposal 2: The Company's shareholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP to serve as the Company's independent registered accounting firm for the fiscal year 2025. The voting results are set forth below.

Proposal 3: The Company's shareholders approved the Second Amended and Restated MasterCraft 2015 Incentive Award Plan. The voting results are set forth below.

Proposal 4: The Company's shareholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's name executive officers. The voting results are set forth below.
