“The Company has incurred recurring operating losses and has an accumulated deficit. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. ... Management believes that existing cash resources, anticipated collections and potential financing proceeds may support near-term operations; however, additional financing is required, and there can be no assurance that such financing will be available on acceptable terms, or at all. Accordingly, substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern has not been alleviated.”
