“The Company has incurred recurring operating losses and has an accumulated deficit. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. ... Management believes that existing cash resources, anticipated collections and potential financing proceeds may support near-term operations; however, additional financing is required, and there can be no assurance that such financing will be available on acceptable terms, or at all.
