Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 15, 2022, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing the third quarter cash dividend of $0.75 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2022. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on October 14, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Monolithic Power Systems Announces Third Quarter Dividend
KIRKLAND, Washington, September 15, 2022 -- Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MPWR), a global company that provides high-performance, semiconductor-based power electronics solutions, announced today its third quarter dividend of $0.75 per common share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2022. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2022.
