(MUFG; President and Group CEO: Hironori Kamezawa) hereby announces that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 (the “Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 30, 2024.
