Use of Non-GAAP Financial Information
To help understand the Company’s financial performance, the Company has supplemented its financial results that it provides in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) with non-GAAP financial measures. Such financial measures include Adjusted Income (Loss) from Continuing Operations, Adjusted Income (Loss) from Continuing Operations Per Common Share, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) from Continuing Operations, Adjusted EBITDA from Continuing Operations, Adjusted EBITDA Margin from Continuing Operations, Free Cash Flow, and Net Debt (Cash).
We believe these non-GAAP financial measures are frequently used by investors, securities analysts and other parties in the evaluation of our performance and liquidity with that of other companies in our industry. Management uses these measures to evaluate our operating performance, liquidity and capital structure. In addition, our incentive compensation plan measures performance based on our consolidated EBITDA, along with other factors. 12 2Q26 Performance Summary, 2026 Outlook 2Q Reflects Disciplined Execution; Delivered 20% Revenue and 37% Adjusted EBITDA* Growth YoY Second Quarter 2026 Performance Summary Business Outlook (As of July 30, 2026) Strong customer demand for rental and related services 2Q26 revenues from specialty rental and related services of $54 million reflect 16% year-over- year growth, driven by strong demand in support of power transmission projects and Grassform acquisition. Year-over-year rental revenue growth was 18% in 2Q26 and 32% for TTM 2Q26. Power transmission infrastructure accounted for ~60% of TTM 2Q26 rental and service revenues. Capital allocation aligned to strategy 2Q26 investments include $10 million net investment into rental fleet expansion and $4 million toward manufacturing expansion project. Top-line growth and cost optimization driving margin expansion Adjusted EBITDA margin* of 31.5% in 2Q26 and 28.3% TTM 2Q26.
