On November 11, 2024, NextTrip, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) released an investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) which includes updates regarding the Company’s financial position, business, and operations that management of the Company intends to use from time to time in investor communications and conferences, including without limitation at the Trickle Research Fall Conference located in Denver, Colorado on November 11, 2024. A copy the Investor Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is also available on the “Investors” page of the Company’s investor relations website, under the “Events & Presentations” tab.
