Effective as of September 2, 2023, Vuk Jeremić resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Blue Water Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) as well as from his positions as a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Jeremić’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
