Item7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to present at the 2025 Annual Gateway Conference (the “Conference”) on September 4, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The Conference is taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco, California. The slide deck accompanying the Company’s presentation will be accessible on the Company’s investor relations webpage beginning immediately prior to the presentation.
