PagBank Announces Share Repurchase Program

São Paulo, August 29, 2024 — PagBank (PagSeguro Digital Ltd. - NYSE: PAGS), the complete digital bank in financial services and payments solutions, announced today that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, under which PagSeguro Digital Ltd. may repurchase up to US$ 200 million in outstanding Class A common shares. The former program (announced in 2018) was concluded after the repurchase of a total amount of U.S.$ 250 million in Class A common shares. The new repurchase program will go into effect immediately and does not have a fixed expiration date. The program may be executed in compliance with Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
