On November 7, 2022, Phibro Animal Health Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on December 21, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2022.
