Annual General Meeting Results

At the annual general meeting held on September 10, 2025, Patria Investments Limited (the “Company”) shareholders passed resolutions approving the financial statements and the auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024, and the appointment of Daniel Rizardi Sorrentino as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated August 20, 2025.
