Annual General Meeting Results

At the annual general meeting held on June 28, 2023, Patria Investments Limited (the “Company”) shareholders approved the financial statements and the auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2022, as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated June 6, 2023.
