PatriaSPAC Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Securities

Patria Investments Limited (“Patria”) announces that Patria Acquisition Corp. ("PAC") has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, consisting of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant. PAC is a new blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and sponsored by Patria for the purpose of effecting a business combination with one or more businesses with a focus in Latin America.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time that the registration statement becomes effective.
