Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 28, 2024, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share of Company common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 9, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 25, 2024.

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

OKLAHOMA CITY – October 28, 2024 – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Paycom Software, Inc.
