Petrobras announces changein Fiscal Council

**Rio de Janeiro, November 5, 2025 –**Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras reports that Ms. Cristina Bueno Camatta has submitted her resignation letter from the position of full member of the company’s Fiscal Council, following her appointment as Petrobras’ Ombudsman.

The company will take the necessary measures for the timely reconstitution of the Fiscal Council, in compliance with applicable governance procedures, and will keep its shareholders and the market duly informed.
