On August 29, 2023, PDD Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Jianchong Zhu transitioned out of the General Counsel role, effective from the same date. The General Counsel role and function has been assumed by the Company’s Legal and Compliance Committee, chaired by Mr. Lei Chen, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
