Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 25, 2022, we increased the base salary paid to the President of the Ross Optical division, Divaker Mangadu, from $140,000 per annum to $160,000 per annum. The increase is effective January 1, 2022.
