The annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation (the “Company”) was held on June 4, 2024.

All of the nominees for director listed in Proposal 1 in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2024 (the “Proxy Statement”), were elected to serve on the Company’s board of directors until the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, or until his or her successor is duly elected or appointed, by the following vote:
