Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 30, 2025, Conifer Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") received a payment of $10.0 million, representing the second contingent consideration payment under the Interest Purchase Agreement dated August 30, 2024 relating to the sale of the Company's membership interests in Conifer Insurance Services.
