“Based on our current operating plan, we do not believe our existing cash and cash equivalents and marketable securities as of June 30, 2026, will be sufficient to fund our obligations for the 12 months following the issuance of the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on August 10, 2026. Accordingly, substantial doubt exists about our ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q are issued.”
