On July 30, 2021, RCM Technologies, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced that it had sold to Framatome Canada Ltd. the principal assets and certain liabilities of the Registrant’s Canadian Power Systems offices in Pickering and Kincardine, both in Ontario, Canada. These two Canadian Power Systems offices provide engineering services to two major providers of nuclear power in Canada. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
