On May 22, 2025, the board of directors of Red River Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the dividend declaration is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Red River Bancshares, Inc. Announces
Quarterly Cash Dividend
ALEXANDRIA, La., May 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Red River Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRBI) (the “Company”) announced today that on May 22, 2025, its board of directors declared a cash dividend in an amount equal to $0.12 per share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on June 18, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 6, 2025.

The Company is the bank holding company for Red River Bank, a Louisiana state-chartered bank established in 1999 that provides a fully integrated suite of banking products and services tailored to the needs of our commercial and retail customers.
