On May 2, 2024, SideChannel, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a change in the date for its financial results call for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 from May 8, 2024, at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time to May 7, 2024, at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time.
